About Project
The Youssoufia Mosque Turn-Key Construction project is a full-scope (“TCE”) assignment awarded by OCP Group to deliver a landmark house-of-worship for the Annour neighbourhood in Youssoufia.
Within an aggressive 10-month contract period the contractor must carry out every stage of work—from geotechnical investigations and topographic setting-out to civil engineering, architectural finishes, MEP systems, landscaping, and fit-out—under the close technical control of state-approved laboratories, a Bureau de Contrôle and the Owner’s representative JESA.
The brief calls for a reinforced-concrete structure crowned by a traditional minaret featuring charrafats and mosaic cladding, façades in Tazza stone, green-glazed clay tiles, carved cedar joinery, decorative stucco, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout . Strict HSE provisions, on-site modular offices, and comprehensive “all-risk” and decennial insurance are mandatory, while weekly progress meetings and digital reporting keep the project on schedule and aligned with OCP’s quality targets .
When complete, the mosque will offer a welcoming spiritual hub that blends Morocco’s craftsmanship with modern building performance for the local community and OCP employees alike.
