About Project
The contract for Jorf Fertilizers Company 4 (JFC4)—a subsidiary of OCP Group—covered the turnkey construction of heavy-duty, 20 cm-thick reinforced concrete floor slabs across three key areas of the Jorf Lasfar fertilizer complex: the bulk-fertilizer storage hall, the recycling zone and the external-contractors living base.
Built on a 20 cm compacted GNA sub-base, each slab incorporates a 200 μm polyane membrane, double-mesh HA FeE500S reinforcement and a corundum surface hardener, with full jointing and curing to DTU 13.3 standards.
The works were completed within the five-month contractual window, under OCP’s rigorous HSE and quality‐control regime.
