The new Downstream Maintenance Office block at OCP Khouribga is fully commissioned and in daily use.

Delivered in a five-month fast-track window, the facility comprises climate-controlled open-plan offices, meeting rooms, infirmary, archives, locker rooms and sanitary cores, all protected by an insulated envelope with waterproof roofing and LED lighting throughout.

EL HAGE also completed external roads, parking, fencing and a gatehouse, while meeting every milestone of the HSE plan and QA/QC laboratory schedule. Final acceptance confirmed that the building meets its brief: a safe, ergonomic base that streamlines heavy-equipment maintenance support.
