Administrative Office Construction for the Flux Entity

This turnkey assignment delivered a fully-functional administrative facility inside OCP’s Benguerir industrial zone. Works covered site set-up and heavy civil construction, complete underground services, plumbing and HVAC, joinery and interior finishes, as well as low-voltage electrical and air-conditioning systems. The building is now handed over, fully certified and in daily use by the Flux operations team, providing a modern, safe workspace for staff and visitors.
