Steel & Metal Fabrication

From concept drawings to the final onsite splice, our Steel & Metal Fabrication team offers a full-cycle service that turns raw plate and sections into precision-engineered industrial assets.

We detail, cut, drill, bend and weld — all in-house — using CNC-guided equipment that guarantees repeatability and tight tolerances. A dedicated QA/QC unit oversees every weld bead with visual, magnetic-particle and ultrasonic tests; finished assemblies are blasted and coated (or hot-dip-galvanised) to withstand Saharan dust, coastal salt-spray and the abrasive loads of bulk-material handling.

Because we also have our own erection crews, the beams, tanks, chutes or conveyor trusses we fabricate leave our shop fully match-marked, bundled and ready for rapid installation, shortening shutdown windows for clients in mining, energy and heavy industry across Morocco and West Africa.
