Turn-Key Construction & Civil Works

Turn-Key Construction & Civil Works

El Hage puts every phase of heavy-duty construction under one roof—from green-field site clearing to the final commissioning walk-through. Our integrated team handles engineering design, permitting, procurement, earth- and concrete-works, structural steel erection, industrial utilities, roadways and finishing trades. Because we self-perform the critical trades and maintain an in-house fleet of lifting, form-work and survey equipment, we compress schedules, keep quality fully traceable and drive total project cost down.

Operating inside active mining and mineral-processing sites has shaped a safety culture where zero-harm procedures, confined-space controls and rigorous equipment inspections are non-negotiable. Whether it’s casting a high-performance floor slab for a conveyor gallery, building a 6 000 m² maintenance garage, or delivering a complete administrative complex, clients receive a single point of accountability—design, build and hand-over—all guaranteed to meet Moroccan and international standards.

Deliverables at a glance
• Site reconnaissance & geotechnical investigations
• Bulk & fine earthworks, drainage and road access
• Reinforced-concrete foundations, slabs and retaining walls
• Fabrication / erection of steel frames, pipe-racks and equipment mezzanines
• Building envelopes (sandwich panels, masonry, roofing)
• Mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) installation and testing
• Exterior works, landscaping and final compliance dossiers

We assume full responsibility for every project phase—concept design, permitting, procurement, earthworks, concrete and steel construction, MEP, finishing trades, testing, commissioning and hand-over. Clients receive a single point of accountability, one contract and one guaranteed delivery date.

Yes. Our crews follow OCP’s “Five Life-Saving Rules” and site-specific Method Statements that let us create isolated work zones, implement 24 / 7 safety supervision and coordinate crane lifts or concrete pours around production windows—so the facility keeps running while we build.

A small utility building can be delivered in 3–4 months; larger workshops or office complexes range from 6–12 months depending on permitting and equipment lead-times. We issue a detailed baseline schedule with each bid and update progress weekly to keep you fully informed.

Absolutely. Our civil, structural and MEP engineers produce IFC (Issued-for-Construction) drawings and 3-D models. Because design and field crews sit under one roof, clashes are resolved before materials are ordered—saving cost and time on site.

Work is executed under an ISO-inspired QMS and a rigorous HSE plan aligned with Moroccan law and client standards (e.g., OCP, UM6P). Daily toolbox talks, confined-space permits, certified lifting gear and third-party concrete/steel tests ensure full traceability and zero-accident performance.

Yes. We have delivered high-flatness floor slabs for conveyor galleries, vibration-isolated machine bases and deep pile foundations. Our in-house surveyors and laser-screed partners can meet DIN, ACI or client-specific flatness/levelness specs.

Structural concrete and steel receive the Moroccan 10-year decennial warranty (garantie décennale). Finish-trade items and MEP systems carry standard supplier warranties plus a 12-month defects-liability period managed by our after-sales team.

We self-perform critical trades, bulk-buy steel and cement, and track labour/equipment hours daily through a site ERP. Any scope variation is priced using pre-agreed unit rates, so there are no surprises at the end.
